Developers sitting on 600,000 plots of land at a time when we are in housing CRISES? Are the firms across the country sitting on land waiting for it to accumulate in value and not building on it? Labour proposed use-it-or-lose-it which should be reconsidered given the fact we are in middle of HOUSING CRISES in the UK!
